Parts and Labor are 100% covered under warranty 365 days from the day the consumer receives the product. All repairs and RMAs are processed within 24 hours of Livio Radio receiving from the customers RMA.
If consumer suspects a problem, it is their responsibility to contact Livio Support (via Email, or Phone call - 877-97-LIVIO "5-4846") to be issued a RMA (Return to Merchant Authorization). If the customer is within 30 days of receiving the product a replacement will be sent to the customer with a return shipping label for the defective unit. This only applies if the unit was purchased from Livio Radio store front. This defective unit must be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving the replacement unit. Outside the initial 30 days after the RMA number has been giving to the consumer the consumer must ship the defective unit to Livio Radio office. If the customer purchased a Livio Radio product from a retailer store front. It is at the customers reposiblity to send the unit in first regardless of the warranty or 30 day purchase date.
It is the customers responsibility to provide proof of purchase from any vendor within the purchase 365 days to validate warranty for repair or replacement. This can be included with the returned radio or email to Livio Support. (All customers who purchase Livio Radio products directly from Livio Radio or Myine Electronics are exempt from this.)
If the radio appears to be defective from damage (falling, used as flotation device, acts of god, etc..) the Livio Radio may be subject to disqualification of the parts and labor warranty. At which time the returned defective radio will be estimated to be repaired and the quote will be given to the consumer which will decide its fate.
If the consumer is out of the 1 year manufacture warranty. The consumer can contact Livio Support and have a RMA created to have an est. for repairs quoted to them.
Damaged accessories (Remotes, Power Supplies, Network Cables) that are damaged (dogs ate, kids cut, dropped on hot stove, etc.) The consumer can call (877-97-LIVIO "5-4868") and place an order for a replacement. ($5 per remote + $5 shipping=$10) ($5 per power supply + $5 shipping=$10) ($5 per network cord + $5 shipping.=$10)

To get the 100% money back refund, the customer must call (877-97-LIVIO "5-4868") and request to return the product for a refund. At that time the Livio Support staff will issue a RMA (Return to Merchant Authorization) to the customer. Following the phone call the customer has 15 days from date of the issue of the RMA for refund to return the product to our office with the RMA included. Once Livio Support staff receives the product, the Livio product will be tested to make sure there is no flaws or damage. Then the refund will be issued from the creditor. If the product is damaged, or missing accessories there may be fees or penalties to have our product repaired or replaced
