The Apple Airport products carry a unique key for other apple products. The Key they they use needs to be uncoded. To enter the hexadecimal (0-9 and A-F) version of the WEP WPA or WPA2 password as opposed to the shorter key you would use regularly to log on. Below is a link to the Apple support page about how to look up the equivalent key after it has been converted.
The longer the key you use, the longer the hexadecimal key will be, often exceeding 45 character. We recommend writing these down in groups of five when you go to insert them into the Livio you can insert them in groups of five.
