You can find your Registration Key/ID and Serial number by following these steps.
*WARNING* if you get a message that says Error getting Key in the register on the radio. Your radio is not connected to your network. Try plugging in the Livio directly using the Ethernet cord and try again. Check Connection info for more tips.
